Before the tinting begins, choosing the right oxidant is crucial for achieving the perfect tint consistency and colour. Thuya offers two options to suit every professional’s preference:
- Thuya Special Solution Dye Cream: For those who favour a creamy texture, this 3% oxidant ensures easy and comfortable application, helping you achieve perfect results with its easy-to-measure white cream.
- Thuya Special Solution Dye Liquid: Ideal for traditionalists, this liquid oxidant mixes seamlessly with Thuya Tints for precise application, allowing for an even and vibrant colour distribution.
Both products should be mixed in a 1:1 ratio with Thuya Tints to ensure the dye is properly activated. For the Special Solution Dye Cream, a pea-sized amount of tint combined with an equal part of the cream provides the perfect consistency for an easy and controlled application.
When using the Special Solution Dye Liquid, combine a pea-sized amount of tint with 4-5 drops of oxidant to achieve the ideal mixture for a smooth, even application across brows and lashes.
Clean and protect
Ensuring a flawless tinting experience starts with safeguarding the skin around the brows and lashes. Thuya’s approach to this includes a two-step method for skin protection and post-tint cleanup:
- Before Tinting – Thuya Protective Dye Cream: The Protective Dye Cream acts as a barrier, preventing dye from staining the skin. - After Tinting – Thuya Skin Color Remover: Despite careful application, the dye can sometimes make its way onto the skin.
