Application Instructions:
Mixing: Blend Noemi Dye in a 1:1 ratio with Noemi 3% Developer Solution. For enhanced stain results, prep with Noemi Primer before application.
Application: Apply an even layer, starting from the tail of the brow. Noemi’s formula doesn’t require thin layering, making application faster and simpler.
Processing Times:
Customizable Intensity: Leave on for 10-15 minutes depending on desired intensity.
7-10 minutes: Subtle, natural look
Up to 15 minutes: Bolder effect with extended wear
Ombre Effect: To create a natural ombre look, remove the dye from the front of the brow after 60 seconds. This technique prevents a blocky appearance and adds dimension.
Lamination Tip: For post-lamination applications, be mindful that processing times may reduce as hair absorbs dye faster. Apply Noemi Dye after step 2 of the lamination process.
